Meet The Instructors
Bryant GlissonHead Instructor
Originally from Mississippi, Bryant did his undergraduate at Ole Miss, where he earned a double major in electrical engineering and computer science. Having trusted Christ midway through his sophomore year, he felt a clear call to ministry as a senior and made plans to attend Southern Seminary after graduation. Four years later he would earn his Masters of Divinity in Biblical and Theological Studies.
During his tenure at Southern, Bryant had the opportunity to become involved in ballroom dancing, first as a student and shortly thereafter as an instructor. Having taught at three different dance studios prior to his arrival at I've Got Rhythm, he now instructs in nearly 20 different styles of dance and is constantly working to improve his repertoire.
Bryant's gifting and passion for both dance and ministry have inspired him to pursue a unique ministry to married couples, aimed at healing broken relationships and preparing young men and women for healthy marriages by educating them about their God-given roles within the marriage union – all through the wonderful illustration of ballroom dancing.
